It's subtle. If you're expecting instant Superhero powers, the ability to run the Boston Marathon next Tuesday, or feel inclined to apply for Mensa membership after two weeks, you're expecting a little too much! But it creeps up on you!
I've only been on it for a little over a month, and am really starting to notice more energy and endurance, better sleep, better memory and better mood. My skin & hair feel better, too. Give it a go, and be patient!

Although I only used this product for a month, I enjoyed the taste & I do feel it did some good but hard to tell in a month. The reason I stopped getting it was the price. Try it yourself if you can afford it. As I can see the benefits in this product.

My first thought is always coffee when I wake up. My second thought is always Agemate. Agemate gives me so much energy. When I don't take it, I am reminded to take it when I notice my change in energy. (Just started month 2 on Agemate)

Things come into and out of your life for many reasons. I am grateful that AgeMate came into my life as taking this longevity supplement has changed my life. Since starting the morning program November 2024, I've trimmed 16kg off my body, have more energy, have less cravings and for me, it has altered my mindset to make healthier eating choices because my sugar cravings have reduced significantly.
