• Free standard AusPost shipping for all orders over $100. 
• A flat $10 shipping rate for all orders under $100.

DHL Express

• Free DHL Express for all orders over $300. 
• A flat $29.99 shipping rate for all orders under $300.

Customs information

For most countries, import tax and duties will be imposed on customers with order values exceeding $1,000 in their local currency. Please note, this varies from country to country and it is the responsibility of the consumer to pay for any relevant import taxes and duties.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive an email with tracking link immediately. Please note, however, the tracking link will only activate when your order is dispatched customs in your country, which is usually 1-2 business days after your order is placed.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipping from our international warehouse in Hong Kong.

The majority of our ingredients, including NMN, is produced in China regardless of where it's end-packaged. By producing in China and shipping from our international warehouse in Hong Kong, we can keep our costs competitive and shipping times low, regardless of where you are located.

Processing times

The approximate timelines are as follows:

• All orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays)
• Orders arrive in your country after another 24 hours
• Processing by final mile carrier takes 1-2 days
• Final mile delivery is approx. 2-5 days depending on where you live
