Refund policy

At AgeMate, we offer a 30-day return policy at AgeMate. If your most recent product isn’t quite right, you can return it within 30 days of purchase — no questions asked. Just make sure the item is unopened and in its original condition.

A return shipping fee applies (varies by country).

Return Process

  • Email us at hello@agemate.com  with your order number. 
  • We’ll email you a return fee invoice.
  • Once paid, we’ll email you a prepaid return label.
  • Send the unopened item back.
  • We’ll refund you as soon as it arrives (usually in 2–3 weeks).

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately, providing photos, if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If you’re not completely happy with it for any reason, you’re covered by our 100-Day Money Back Guarantee, starting from the day of purchase.

This applies to your first order of each product and can only be used once per product.
