I notice a general improvement in well-being and energy levels. My blonde hair colour which was getting pretty white, is returning. (how come?) I'm 75 soon and plan to keep using the supplement, while I can afford it.

Leslie not only did a bit of research for me but got me sorted on having medications and supplements at different times of the day, this might sound just so easy and straight forward to some people, and good on em. The thing is I work about 70-80hrs a week and have time for nothing and often miss simple things like this.
