I took Age Mate daily for about 12 months. Then I decided to rationalise my supplements. So I stopped it. Within 3 weeks I noticed an increase in fatigue, especially of a morning, I also noticed I was reaching for coffee more than usual. I restarted my subscription and feel so much better. I will not stop again.

Tastes great. Its part of the morning ritual now and my energy levels have soared. Sleeping better and my overall mood is more balanced. Can't recommend enough. Bottle cap broke but I don't really care as the product makes up for that.
