What is TMG (Betaine)?
Trimethylglycine (TMG, also known as Betaine) is a naturally occurring molecule that helps to facilitate the methylation process. TMG is a ‘methyl donor’ that plays a vital role in regulating homocysteine levels, which supports heart health, liver health, energy production, detoxification, mood balancing and inflammation control.

Just two capsules daily delivers 1,000mg of TMG, making it an easy and convenient way to add this powerful molecule to your daily routine. AgeMate’s TMG capsules are vegan-friendly, gluten-free, and made with the highest purity of ingredients.

What are the effects?
TMG (Betaine) contributes to a range of benefits including enhanced cognitive function, improved liver function, and heart health, while its effects involve acting as a powerful methyl donor that aids in the process of methylation, thus helping to reduce high homocysteine levels, a risk factor for several chronic diseases.

✓ EASY: Addresses core signs of ageing in one simple capsule
✓ AFFORDABLE: Costs less than a coffee a day
✓ CONVENIENT*: Perfectly measured 500mg caps, no self-measuring needed.

What's The Science On TMG?

Methyl Donor Supplement

Trimethylglycine (TMG), commonly known as betaine, is a naturally occurring compound found in various food products like beets, spinach, and whole grains. It's a derivative of the amino acid glycine and has three methyl groups attached to it, hence the name trimethylglycine. TMG is classified as an osmolyte and a methyl donor, playing a crucial role in cellular function and integrity, as well as critical biochemical processes within the body.

TMG is involved in the conversion of homocysteine, a harmful amino acid, to methionine, a useful one, by donating one of its methyl groups. This process is vital for cardiovascular health, as elevated homocysteine levels are linked to increased risk of heart disease and stroke. In addition, methylation is also a key process in DNA repair and replication, neurotransmitter synthesis, and detoxification, among others, which underlines the wide-ranging effects and benefits of TMG in the body.

This has made the difference

I was on the longevity blend for a month but still feeling mid afternoon slump. Since adding the TMG, there has been a big difference. I now have so much energy and no more afternoon naps (not that that is a bad thing 😊). But the increase in energy has been quite significant. I’ve begin to see what so many have been raving about with the lonegevity blend.

Hey Clare,

That's great news! We're glad to hear you've experienced such a significant improvement in your energy levels after adding TMG to your Longevity Blend routine.

It's good that you've overcome the mid-afternoon slump and are now enjoying increased energy throughout the day. We understand that even though afternoon naps can be enjoyable, having sustained energy is often more beneficial.

We're happy that you're now experiencing the full benefits of the Longevity Blend, as so many of our customers have. Thank you for sharing your experience and for highlighting the positive impact of adding TMG.

We appreciate your feedback and are glad you're feeling so much better.

Cheers,
Michael
