I have been using it for a few months. I love the taste and I do believe my hair and nails are doing better, maybe even my bones and muscles. I fell recently on a trip to Athens. My friends behind me said I never put my hands out to catch myself. It happened so fast. I broke my glasses, got a couple of cuts on my face, scraped my knee and sprained my ankle. The force of my fall should have broken my arm as I fell on it but I was lucky. Is it due to AgeMate? Who knows, but I have been consistent in taking my AgeMate as opposed to when I was doing all the capsules.

I have started my second month of AgeMate and I am beginning to experience noticeable benefits. My sleep has improved dramatically. I am waking up once in the night instead of the usual 3/4 times. My REM and deep sleep have also increased . I have more energy in the morning because of it which in turn controls my appetite and mental focus. I’ve noticed from the second week much sounder sleep and less lag during the day. But the huge bonus has been with a hip injury two weeks ago that my physio said would take months to repair at my age is fully recovered after three weeks. She even ordered a set of scans to check and was amazed at how quickly I healed. She was totally blown away at how quickly I recovered. I let her in on my secret but I’m not sure she will be passing it around as it can’t be good for business!

The customer service from this company is one of the best I have come across in a long time.
Needed to order something for my husband which was out of stock sent an email asking when it would be available and was message back within an hour and was able to get the product

Took a good 6 weeks to kick in but I find I have sustainable energy levels again.
