6 months taking the longevity blend, can’t notice any difference sorry. I am fit and healthy before I started, thought this would maximise my health but no change.I hope others get benefits.

Some individuals may experience its effects more rapidly than others.
Our blend includes 500mg of NMN, 50mg of Pterostilbene (a highly bioavailable alternative to Resveratrol), and a methyl donor complex. However, some individuals, depending on their NAD levels, may require a higher dose. In some cases, users may need 1000mg of each or more to achieve the desired results. Without reaching the appropriate dosage, achieving the desired results may be challenging.
If you're still willing to give it a try, you could consider increasing the NMN dosage and assessing the outcomes. It's best to increase gradually by 125mg or 250mg every 7 days, ensuring your body tolerates it well.
Additionally, avoid taking it with hot drinks as it can degrade the Longevity Blend. Please wait 30-40 minutes before or after drinking hot beverages.

Having been somebody who has always taken supplements and multiple at a time, I've tried plenty of different types and brands. What I have now done is replaced everything with Agemate. I've been using this NMN powder now for around 3 months and I've noticed it has cleared up brain fog, I'm sleeping better (chronically poor sleeper) and my energy and alertness has increased. It’s important to note that while some Australian businesses may claim 'Australian made,' this often refers only to final packaging. Any businesses selling NMN sourced from within Australia are not in compliance with TGA regulations.
We understand the importance of quality, which is why we conduct third-party testing on every batch ourselves—typically every 2.5 months, depending on order volumes. I am on about my 4th jar now. I have it every day. I have Diabetes 2, don't behave as well as a I could. Have had frozen shoulder, bad hips etc etc. I started on this maybe 6 months ago and i even notice if I miss it for a day. I went from feeling about 80 to about 18. I don't have the pain anymore, have youthful energy and just feel so much more normal on it. While I was fit as a youth and always had a decent constitution, I always had a heart irregularity. I have been through scans, etc etc. As a kid I was diagnosed iwth a heart condition that I apparently grew out of but then still have the irregular heat beat. Formally called eptomic beats. After a month or two on this the heart completely sorted itself. Cardiologist is like, its gone dont know why. I don't know what mineral i was missing for 30 + years but obviously one of them. I will be on this for life.
