We have been taking Age Mate for about 3 months. It tastes like berry and is refreshing taste. Recently we missed a couple of days in a row. My husband and I both said at the same time. We have to take it today. Boy we feel it if we miss taking it. We are both in our 50's, taking it gets us through our day, we work on our feet all day in healthcare. This product is a blessing. My thoughts were - it can't hurt to give it a go. Tried it and no hurt, the opposite in fact happened. Took about 2 weeks to feel different and notice the cramps had gone, the restless legs had gone, the noises/cracks as I stand were gone. After a month I could walk daily, after 3 months, I walk daily, farther than before and all without needing a sit down afterwards. That's a win in my books.

With so many offers out there it’s hard to find the right product. Agemate has changed my life! I take NMN capsules and I not only feel better, but I sleep better, my nails have improved, I have more energy and I believe it has also helped me with my menopause issues, because of my renewed energy! Loving my agemate, for the 1st couple of weeks i still felt fatigued but then after that my energy was replenished, i felt clearer, sharper more energised and focused and also seen a big difference in my skin. I have felt a significant change in myself since i started taking Age Mate. I have bad osteo arthritis in both hips & my lower lumbar. Long story short, i can do a long walk of say 6kms, and then go for a swim to do 30-40 laps after.. to even DO the walk is just incomprehensible?! but thanks to Age Mate, i know it has helped me go as far as i can, even with a bit of pain but bearable.. and still feel good, because i know i feel it at night and my quality of sleep is so much more better rest than how it was prior to taking Age Mate. So yeah, i love the stuff!
