My concern is the source of the ingredients. We need to be assure of its origins and know its very safe before we commit longer term.

All of AgeMate's products are manufactured and packaged in China, developed in Australia, and third-party tested by laboritories in the USA. NMN (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide) is not approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) for sale within Australia. This regulation means that local Australian businesses, including ours, cannot legally sell NMN to Australian consumers from within or outside the country. While some competitors may offer NMN locally, they are not doing so under TGA approval. The TGA does however allow Australian consumers to purchase and consumer these supplements from overseas.
For this reason, all of AgeMate's supply chain, including our shipping warehouse, is based in Hong Kong.
We appreciate your understanding and are hopeful that the TGA will eventually approve NMN for distribution within Australia. Regulatory bodies often need time to catch up with scientific advancements to ensure comprehensive evaluations.

So I’ve been using Agemate for a couple of months. I recently saw on Facebook that you’re offering free shipping on subscriptions so I contacted customer service to see why I was still being charged shipping. The response was that after 20 June shipping would be free but my next order was 27 June and I was charged shipping. I queried this and got a similar reply. I then cancelled my subscription and have heard nothing since. So I’m a little disappointed in the customer service overall. I’m currently researching alternatives.

Upon checking our records, I can confirm that you successfully canceled your subscription on June 24, 2024. Also, I did not see any order charged with shipping on June 27th. Your last order was placed on May 28, 2024, and no further orders were processed after that date, considering the subscription was cancelled on June 24th.
Regarding the free shipping promotion, starting from June 20, 2024, orders over $80 do indeed qualify for free shipping. We sent a response to your email on June 25th, confirming this update. Even though our Blend includes 500mg of NMN, 50mg of Psterostilbene (a 5x more bioavailable alternative to Resveratrol), and a methyl donor complex, some individuals, depending on their NAD levels, may require a higher dose, such as NMN or all three products (some may need 1000mg of each or more). Without reaching the appropriate dosage, achieving the desired results may be challenging.
If you're still willing to give it a try, you can opt to increase the dosage of NMN (or all three powders separately added to the blend) and assess the outcomes. Best to increase gradually by 125mg or 250mg every 7 days, ensuring your body tolerates it well.
Additionally, do not take it with hot drinks as this can degrade the NMN. It's best to consume it 15-30 minutes before or after having a hot drink.

Hi. I have been taking Agemate for some time and love it. Recently I received the TMG supplement. I am not commenting on its effectiveness as I have only taken two doses. What does need discussing is the label. I had to use a magnifying glass to read it. I am on 1.5 magnification eye glasses but this label is terrible. If you need to use such small font, make it black. Keep up the good work with the product range.

I’ve been taking this for sometime now, has it made a different yes it has, do I feel like I’m lacking low energy, I have more energy, I’m up early out of bed more motivation. I suffer from celiac disease which makes you fatigue, has my fatigue improved yes it has in a way where I’m not as tried, no it has cured my celiac disease but it helps. I do still take 1/2 scoop of nmn extra. Finally I’m more alert, focused as well, so yes it works for me.

This is an excellent product, that is convenient to take and full of excellent ingredients. I’m 53 and the usual symptoms of menopause (waking up at night, tired, no energy) I did not feel effectiveness straight away, but been taking it for two months now, and starting to feel the benefits.
