I was quite surprised not only that it really provides the energy I've been missing, but ilthe taste is also great! I think Blueberry flavoured? Similar anyway. It took about 6-8 weeks for me to start to feel the extra energy in the afternoon, but it's been worth it. If you are unsure, just try it for at least the three months. Do your body a favour and just try it.

This is probably the third review I've submitted for AgeMate because i am still blown away by how much of a difference it has made.
I feel more energetic, my joint pain has gone, my brain fog has reduced, i have dropped a dress size without changing anything else and I just feel, well, happier. I have been obnoxiously recommending this product to friends and family for the past few weeks, so much so that they all think I'm getting paid to wax lyrical about how great it is... to be clear, I am not. Since starting on AgeMate my energy has increased. It was steady at first then by the 3rd week I noticed a huge burst.
It's helped me achieve at Least 6-7klm walk a day. Enhanced my sleeping and avoiding night time waking in the early hours.

I am no health guru or superstar. I’m a woman who just turned 60 and started noticing my energy was depleting. I did not like the feeling and hated navigating to the couch. Hi, I am on my 2nd jar of Agemate, I am already feeling the effects very positively on my body.
