Have just finished a month 👍🏽 as have had extensive nasal surgery - so am breathing better and had given my first tub away to a friend in need…🙏

I’ve been using Agemate for 3 months. I have more energy, sleep better and greater focus. In the first few weeks when my body was getting used to it, I felt very tired in the afternoons, but that passed after a few weeks. U started taking additional NMN with it but my sleep suffered so I just take the blend which seems to be right for me. I love it!
