I first started on the powder and noticed a change in my energy levels. I then tried the capsules, but unfortunately I experienced some side effects. I don’t like the powder or the pouches it comes in much. But it’s half the price of the caps (6 mit ha per pouch vs. 3 months for the three bottle pack of capsules for the same price).

Sadly, we are entirely switching to the new package for the following reasons.
Recyclability: Our previous bags were not recyclable. In contrast, our new tubs are made of PET 1, a material that is fully recyclable and more environmentally friendly. These plastics can be recycled through your kerbside recycling bin and need to be emptied before disposal.
Improved Product Experience: Our new tubs are a bit bulkier, which may be inconvenient for some. However, they are designed to enhance the customer experience by making it easier to scoop out the fine powder without spillage, reducing waste. We recognize that if you already have a metal container, the new tubs might not be necessary, but they are crucial for those without a storage container.
Container Benefits: The metal container included is meant to protect the blend from oxidation, ensuring the product remains fresh and effective. While having the container might seem redundant, it plays a crucial role in preserving the quality of our preservative-free formula.
We transitioned to this packaging based on extensive interactions with our customers and with the aim of improvement. We strive to ensure that every client is satisfied, although it can be challenging. Your feedback is invaluable, and I will pass it along to our Product Department Team for further consideration.

I found I was getting tired and cranky on TMG and looked into it further and found that some people can have an issue with over methylation. I have stopped taking it and have felt better. Might be worth having some information about methylation overload. when is it good to take it and when it might not.

Following the recommended daly amount I can say I haven't noticed any any benefit. Having now stopped taking it for a week I can't say I have noticed any decline in energy levels etc. I'm I not taking enough?

Even though our Blend includes 500mg of NMN, 50mg of Psterostilbene (a 5x more bioavailable alternative to Resveratrol), and a methyl donor complex, some individuals, depending on their NAD levels, may require a higher dose, such as NMN or all three products (some may need 1000mg of each or more). Without reaching the appropriate dosage, achieving the desired results may be challenging.
If you're still willing to give it a try, you can opt to increase the NMN (or all three powders separately added to the blend) and assess the outcomes. Best to increase gradually by 125mg or 250mg every 7 days, ensuring your body tolerates it well.
Additionally, do not take it with hot drinks as this can degrade the NMN. It's best to consume it 15-30 minutes before or after having a hot drink.

Grainy and undissolved each time, even if you leave it over night or use warm water

This is very likely our Pterostilbene, as although it is much more water-soluble than Resveratrol, it still isn't 100%. Our solution is to add a little extra water at the end, swish it around to make sure you get all the goodies. If you have further questions or concerns, feel free to reach out.

I was disappointed to find out the product is made in China. I will be sourcing a similar product made in Australia in the future.

Our NMN, like all NMN products, is manufactured in China. Some Australian businesses may claim 'Australian made,' but this usually refers only to the final packaging. Additionally, businesses asserting the supply of NMN from within Australia are operating against regulations.
Shipping from Hong Kong is usually effective, with a maximum 48-hour dispatch time. Once dispatched, it takes 2-3 days for the shipment to reach Australia and undergo scanning by AusPost. I started taking Berberine just one capsule a day for about 2 weeks as I am pretty sensitive to a lot of other things I have tried. I have now upped it to 2 a day. I am taking bovine collagen as well. Since upping the dose I have noticed my bowel habits have improved and am going more. I am having a blood test dine in 2 weeks to check on my cholesterol so will see if the berberine has had an effect. I also suffer from gerd which I think it may be helping not sure as yet. Will keep on taking them will have to order another bottle soon
