Ive been taking age mate for 8mths now and wasn't sure what to expect. I was a fairly fit 57yr old that took a heap of supplements daily before I saw the add and did my research and decided to give it a go.
8mths later I cant say I have noticed a huge change in my energy levels but it wasnt bad before but I have noticed a massive change in my sleep patterns, now getting 8hrs restful sleep and Ive got rid of all my extra supplements and for that alone I recommend taking age mate.
It has also made a huge difference to my hair skin and nails too. Really impressed, I will be taking this forever.
