How exactly do I use Resveratrol?
Simply take 500mg (2 capsules) per day. Resveratrol is a fat-soluble, and is best taken with food that has a fat or oil content, such as a yoghurt. It is best taken in the afternoon. It is common to increase your dose to 1,000mg (4 capsules) daily for an improved response, though we recommend starting small and increasing over time.
Taking a smaller dose multiple times a day is most effective.

I am an Agemate NMN user. I have referred family and friends to this product.
My usual supplier for Resveratrol was recently out of stock so i placed my first order for this with Agemate which I have been using now for about 1 month.
As a long term user I am unable to record any noticeable difference. Honestly I have a sense that somehow it looks as if it might not be the real thing ? I would be glad to able to verify that it is what it is claimed to be

I see that you're taking our NMN and Resveratrol. The effects of NMN and Resveratrol can vary from person to person due to differences in metabolism. Some individuals may notice its effects more quickly than others.
If you're willing to give it a try, consider gradually increasing your dosage by 250mg, up to a maximum of 1000mg. Monitor how you feel after each increase to ensure you tolerate it well. For instance, if you're currently taking 500mg daily, try 750mg for the next 7 days.
Research suggests that most people experience the highest NAD+ production from NMN supplementation around 3-4 weeks, with noticeable benefits between 8-12 weeks.
If the desired effects are not noticeable after 12 weeks, it could be due to factors such as the MTHFR gene mutation or sensitivity to niacin. In such cases, beginning with a lower dose and exploring substances like TMG or B vitamins, which promote methylation, may be beneficial. It is advisable to discuss these options with your healthcare provider.

I have been taking pure NMN capsules for over a year now, and added Resveratrol a few months ago. I noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels after a couple of weeks. It occurred to me that it might be a placebo effect, but that was ok, it was working. So I was happy.
Then I noticed that my hair, which was pure white, was regaining some of its original colour. That can’t be a placebo.
