I have felt a significant change in myself since i started taking Age Mate. I have bad osteo arthritis in both hips & my lower lumbar. Long story short, i can do a long walk of say 6kms, and then go for a swim to do 30-40 laps after.. to even DO the walk is just incomprehensible?! but thanks to Age Mate, i know it has helped me go as far as i can, even with a bit of pain but bearable.. and still feel good, because i know i feel it at night and my quality of sleep is so much more better rest than how it was prior to taking Age Mate. So yeah, i love the stuff!
