How exactly do I use NMN and Resveratrol?
NMN: Take two capsules (500mg) with water, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
Resveratrol: Simply take 500mg (2 capsules) daily with food that contains healthy fats, such as yoghurt or avocado, to aid absorption. It’s best taken in the afternoon. You can increase to 2 scoops (1,000mg) over time if desired.

My thoughts were - it can't hurt to give it a go. Tried it and no hurt, the opposite in fact happened. Took about 2 weeks to feel different and notice the cramps had gone, the restless legs had gone, the noises/cracks as I stand were gone.
