Mostly positive.

I have stopped needing an afternoon nap, feel clearer in the head, and more alive overall. The only negative is feeling wide awake from about 2am to 4am So I’m experimenting with blend or pure, dosage, timing , with or without food, so it’s still a work in progress.

Noticed Immediate Results

Within the first few days, I noticed I was sleeping better and had less brain fog. I didn’t have to ease on to it slowly as some have mentioned. I had no negative side effects either, perhaps because I’m already used to taking supplements in general. Would recommend to others. I’m 44 almost 45.
