The flavour is great, i started a morning routine taking it as soon as i get out of bed it provides a nice start to the day
Only started to use it today, but i love the convienience of a small drink in the morning

I have been taking AgeMate daily for close to a year and have found it to be very beneficial to my energy levels and brain clarity. I did go off it for a month and noticed the difference. I’m not so sure it helps me with my sleep, as I need to take other medications to help with that. But, I am 68 and it seems to be a common issue around my age group. My energy levels are up! I’ve been sleeping much better. Recently though, the post has been slow & it’s been coming late. The last one was 5 days I had to go without. I certainly feel the difference. It takes a couple of days to kick in again.

I love the effect of taking Berberine in the afternoon. It 100% helps with those afternoon hunger snacks. Usually I have a small snack with the tablets and then I'm right until dinner a couple of hours later. The scales and I aren't friends so I rely on my clothes to tell.me the story. I am noticing that they aren't uncomfortable or tight even by the end of the day. So progress. Onwards to month 2
