Love this product for it's ease of use. I have the bottle that you can order with it which makes it super easy to make (fill with water, scoop, shake) and drink on the go. (I'd prefer a glass bottle but hey). It tastes great too. So i never miss a day. Unlike other supplements which I miss often as they are a bit more difficult to make/swallow. I can't say if it's doing much yet despite using it for months, as I have a significant health issue happening that has sideswiped me but I'll carry on and hope to reap the rewards someday :)

Have been using age mate for 6 months I am 52 run my own business so basically busy all the time.
At first I didn’t notice much & I started thinking about it when I realised I didn’t have any more aches & pains in my joints.
For the last couple of years I had constant pain in my joints mainly from motorcycle accidents & generally being young & reckless.
I don’t think age mate cures everything I think it’s a combination of eating well & generally looking after yourself.
In saying this I am pain free & feel more motivated than I have been for a long time.

My husband and I take agemate daily.. my only gripe is that it's not sold in larger quantities or pouch packaging which would save on postage.

I think I’m about 5 months in on my Agemate journey and I haven’t to say that I’m feeling a lot less tired and sleeping much better! After going through knee replacement surgery in March I started physiotherapy which was hard but after I started Agemate I felt much better prepared to handle everything they had me doing ☺️
