I’ve been on Berberine for just over 2 months now. I have diabetes type 2 and also in healthy weight range. I still take my diabetic medication at night with meals and take the Berberine several hours after just before bed. It has helped my sugar cravings which I find I used to like to snack on something sweet before bed, not anymore as it’s curved my cravings. It’s also helped alongside with my medication keep my sugar levels stable. I am 55 years young and post menopause which even though I’m healthy weight and fit, I always had problems with menopausal belly, well no more I’ve even lost 2kg which I didn’t really need but I will take that. I’m also on several biologics that suppress my immune system and have not had any reverse reactions with taking the Berberine. The pills are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste.
I highly recommend Berberine. Will definitely be purchasing the 3 pack every 3 months.

Wanted to like this but unfortunately I can’t take the capsules due to a horrible smell and the taste the same for hours after taking.
I am going into my third week and enjoy the taste and ease of use.
I take mine at night as I have Glucerna shake in morning to reduce blood sugar and am on saxenda.
I feel with combination of all of this my mood and weight along with energy during day are stabilised so that's a good thing
I love the colour and taste too. Much easier than a handful of vitamin pills

Additionally, avoid taking it with hot drinks as it can degrade the Longevity Blend, wait 30-40 mins before or after drinking hot beverages.

I've been taking NMN for a while after reading David Sinclair's books and listening to the podcast. Initially it was confusing trying to find a legit brand online, so I was really happy to find Agemate. I'm subscribed to the longevity blend, which I love because it combines so many potent ingredients in one supplement. I’ve always struggled to swallow pills, so when I found AgeMate in powder form, I was hopeful but skeptical about the taste (like so many other supplements out there). To my surprise, it’s actually quite pleasant, and I even mix it with less water than suggested. One tip: since some minerals tend to settle at the bottom, I always add a splash more water and swirl it around to get every last bit.
I’ve been using it for about three months now, and although I didn’t notice much in the first couple of months, things started to shift in month three. My eyelashes are back to being thick and full, like they were in my 20s, my hair is growing faster than ever, and my nails are stronger and healthier. A recent blood test showed that, apart from my vitamin B12 (which isn’t included in AgeMate), all my levels are exactly where they should be (which they weren’t previously).Plus, my skin is improving.
While my energy and mood haven’t noticeably improved yet—likely due to low B12 and the joys of menopause—the visible results are enough to keep me going. I believe the cumulative effects of AgeMate are still building, and I’m excited to see what more it has in store over time.
That said, my one question is: what about the other supplements and powders in the range? Are they meant to be taken instead of or in conjunction with AgeMate? It would be helpful to understand if they are meant to be used in conjunction with or if agemate is the most complete one?

Oxidised in the bag before opening, then deteriorates extremely quickly after (kept in the jar they supplied in dark cool cupboard) In this state it will have at best zero longevity benefits and possibly be harmful.
