Only new at taking the product, great flavour, looking forward to the results
I am really impressed with this product! I have myriad health issues and have had such lethargy and been unmotivated! Added to which the week I received my delivery was struck with Covid! I suffer from Fibromyalgia and Collagenous Collitis. Hardest part is pain but fatigue stops your life. I can definitely say I do wake up so much better brighter and more awake. I have just done a week of no day sleeps. This hasn’t happened for years. I always slept at least 2 hours of a day. I’m experiencing physical tiredness for the first time in years too. I must be on my 5th month, I no longer wake with the feeling of brain fog, I love the taste of the product, I no longer have restless legs at night and a few weeks ago I had Covid quite bad and didn’t take it for a few days and my restless legs were back, whilst it isn’t advertised for this it certainly haloed mine where nothing the gp suggested did. I feel better in myself and have started the couch to 5k and have just turned 60. I have read people say after a few months they no longer feel the effects, but i think they forget you have the new normal, think back to before you started and how much better you feel now. The product has given you back the better feeling and in the long gevity that it is giving you. I love it
