I have been taking pure NMN capsules for over a year now, and added Resveratrol a few months ago. I noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels after a couple of weeks. It occurred to me that it might be a placebo effect, but that was ok, it was working. So I was happy.
Then I noticed that my hair, which was pure white, was regaining some of its original colour. That can’t be a placebo.
Now , not only do I feel terrific, but my friends and family have also noticed that my hair is thicker and has more colour. I have also had compliments on my skin. As I am nearly 83 years old, that is very encouraging. I will definitely be taking Agemate supplements for the foreseeable future.

Love the taste, but I've noticed that by the end of the month, the powder gets clumpy, and the water mixture, typically purple, becomes noticeably lighter in the last few days.

First thing I have in the morning! I feel the difference if I miss taking AgeMate. The only thing is that the last couple of batches clump and the colour and taste is different by the end. Never experienced that prior.

Trust me. I believe nothing advertising says especially about weightloss. I was amused at the reviews. Then interested. After 3 days of taking them I felt a slight difference. First the craving had disappeared. First time in my life. I'm a nightime eater so this was amazing. Then my in somnia up and left. Then my energy levels improved. Inflammation about the same but i have sjogrens so....not sure if it will help. Yet! A month later and I'm fully convinced this Berberine is brilliant and for me works great. It's not a miracle superpower but I feel a year younger...and I have lost weight. I am happy

We understand that everyone’s experience can vary, and some may take a bit longer to notice effects.
Even though our Blend includes 500mg of NMN, 50mg of Pterostilbene (a 5x more bioavailable alternative to Resveratrol), and a methyl donor complex, some individuals, depending on their NAD levels, may require a higher dose, such as NMN or all three products (some may need 1000mg of each or more). Without reaching the appropriate dosage, achieving the desired results may be challenging.
If you're still willing to give it a try, you can opt to increase the NMN dosage and assess the outcomes. Best to increase gradually by 125mg or 250mg every 7 days, ensuring your body tolerates it well.
Additionally, avoid taking it with hot drinks as it can degrade the Longevity Blend, wait 30-40 mins before or after drinking hot beverages.

I’m absolutely loving Age Mate! My husband and I have been taking it, and we both feel more energized and are sleeping better. I have more energy throughout the day, and I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my libido.
As someone who is quite picky about taste, I’m pleased to say it tastes great! I love the name, the flavor, the cute color, and the beautiful packaging.
The only thing I didn’t like is the shaker bottle that comes with the kit for mixing. After shaking it, when you open it, it spills everywhere and makes a mess, which isn’t very handy

Excellent service an product, still waiting for some of the benefits but since it's only been about a month it's still early days but can't fault the product.
Hopefully in another couple of months I'll feel big differences once the longevity blend as had time to get into my system fully.

Hi Ben, I think I have noticed a subtle improvement in concentration and motivation. I ran out last week and received my new order yesterday. I am now taking the blend as well as pure NMN and I am considering taking what is left of my resveratrol as I have quite a bit left over. Not sure if that's a good idea or not.

Once scoop of the blend per day is the maximum dose recommended. If you wish to increase your NMN and Resveratrol intake, please be guided by the daily maximum recommended dose for both:
30-40 year olds: 250 - 500mg
40-60 year olds: 500 - 750mg
60+ year olds: 750 - 1,000mg
You may opt to increase your intake based on your body's response, but exceeding this is not necessary for the blend to be effective. As always, we recommend consulting with a healthcare professional to ensure it's the best fit for your routine.

I've done a lot of research about this special berberine, and I'm glad I found it here to help me bring under control my insulin and sugar cravings!!. It works better if one can help our body with a very low-carb diet and start doing basic gym work 3 days a week, or whenever possible =)
