Even though our Blend includes 500mg of NMN, 50mg of Psterostilbene (a 5x more bioavailable alternative to Resveratrol), and a methyl donor complex, some individuals, depending on their NAD levels, may require a higher dose, such as NMN or all three products (some may need 1000mg of each or more). Without reaching the appropriate dosage, achieving the desired results may be challenging.
If you're still willing to give it a try, you can opt to increase the dosage of NMN (or all three powders separately added to the blend) and assess the outcomes. Best to increase gradually by 125mg or 250mg every 7 days, ensuring your body tolerates it well.
Additionally, do not take it with hot drinks as this can degrade the NMN. It's best to consume it 15-30 minutes before or after having a hot drink.

Hi. I have been taking Agemate for some time and love it. Recently I received the TMG supplement. I am not commenting on its effectiveness as I have only taken two doses. What does need discussing is the label. I had to use a magnifying glass to read it. I am on 1.5 magnification eye glasses but this label is terrible. If you need to use such small font, make it black. Keep up the good work with the product range.

I’ve been taking this for sometime now, has it made a different yes it has, do I feel like I’m lacking low energy, I have more energy, I’m up early out of bed more motivation. I suffer from celiac disease which makes you fatigue, has my fatigue improved yes it has in a way where I’m not as tried, no it has cured my celiac disease but it helps. I do still take 1/2 scoop of nmn extra. Finally I’m more alert, focused as well, so yes it works for me.

This is an excellent product, that is convenient to take and full of excellent ingredients. I’m 53 and the usual symptoms of menopause (waking up at night, tired, no energy) I did not feel effectiveness straight away, but been taking it for two months now, and starting to feel the benefits.

Well priced and quality products both NMN and Resveratrol. I can't say I've noticed any benefits (I'm 39) but I wouldn't expect to at my age. The goal is longevity and the only way I can really rate its efficacy in that regard is by how I fare in 20-30 years' time. If I've aged better than my parents, I guess there's something to it.

I am 55 and have been taking AgeMate Longevity Blend for 3 months. I have noticed that I generally have more energy and can easily do a 6km power walk on the same day I do a weights session. i'm been taking half scoop for 3 days. and now i have itchy throat. not sure if it is a side effect.

We're sorry to hear you are have an itchy throat. While the Longevity Blend by AgeMate is formulated with several ingredients, including NMN, these ingredients is not known to cause sore throat. However, some individuals may experience digestive upset with Resveratrol, another component in the blend.
We don't recommend mixing our supplements in with a hot beverage like Lemsip, at the high heat can degrade ingredients. Instead, we'd suggest either taking your powder in a cool glass of water first thing before your Lemsip, otherwise wait 15-30 mins after your Lemsip and again, take it with a cool glass of water.
You may also, Temporarily cease NMN intake and monitor if the sore throat subsides. This approach helps establish a clearer connection in case Longevity Blend is causing the sore throat.
However, if you have concerns about sore throat, it's always advisable to consult with your doctor.
