How to take Resveratrol powder?
Simply take 500mg (1 scoop) per day. Resveratrol is a fat-soluble, and is best taken with food that has a fat or oil content, such as a yoghurt. It is best taken in the afternoon. It is common to increase your dose to 1,000mg (2 scoops) daily for an improved response, though we recommend starting small and increasing over time.

I have been taking pure NMN capsules for over a year now, and added Resveratrol a few months ago. I noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels after a couple of weeks. It occurred to me that it might be a placebo effect, but that was ok, it was working. So I was happy.
