Im giving this a really good try - i saw some benefits when i first started taking it , these have now levelled off . Im just in the middle of an awful flu bug, and ive struggled with keeping anything down ,, so havent had any fir seven days. Im hoping to start again in a couple of days , and im hoping for another good reaction . Anything to keep me healthy and not a burden in my old age , is money well spent.

No visual or systemic improvements. Also inconsistencies in approach. Agemate suggest to take powder on empty stomach making it viable for people who fast yet some of the ingredients are only truly absorbed with fats.

Haven’t noticed any difference positive or negative since starting. The capsules smell and taste bad and I have to try and not gag on them. The seal on the jars are poor quality too.

I’ve been using this for some months now, not really noticing any difference in my energy or overall well-being. I’m taking TMG & Methyl folate.
Decided to take a break & just take NMN along with TMG & Methyl folate along with supplements I have in my stores - Quercetin, vits B bomplex C & D with K2 etc..
Will reconsider the blend at a later date, hence my reason for skipping my next 2 shipments.

I am 70 and my energy is certainly not what it used to be. Reading all the marketing for this product I felt sure it was exactly what I needed. I was so hoping that this put the sim back in my step. However I don’t feel one iota different. My sleep is no better ( as verified by my smart watch) I have just received my second month, so I’ll wait to the end of this batch. But if nothing changes, I won’t continue. Unfortunately the feedback from the company was only to try to upsell me another product. Very disappointing.
