I have been taking age mate for a week now and am experiencing terrible headaches and have trouble sleeping. I do not recommend it’s not worth it.

If you decide to increase, do so gradually, in every 7 days, ensuring your body tolerates it well.
If symptoms persist, it might be best to really discontinue the blend.

I’m benefiting from age mate in a few areas. Memory is better skin is less dry -even over winter - feels moisturised. Energy levels are 50% better? No weight change though. Would love to shift 3 kg.

I do prefer pouches as containers take up more room in cupboard. Since I already have a container I can empty contents into container and dispose of pouch. Perhaps sustainable -disposable pouches ? If there is such a thing and are they cost effective?

Need clarification - I received bigger container and drink bottle the first delivery.
2nd delivery received smaller container and no bottle.

I'm sorry for the confusion. The inclusion of the welcome kit (metal container and shaker bottle) is for free only on the first delivery of your subscription and moving forward you will only received the Longevity Blend.
Regarding the packaging, originally the Longevity blend was in the pouch, and last month we've updated our packaging into PET1 plastic tub. Our new tubs are a bit bulkier, which may be inconvenient for some. However, they are designed to enhance the customer experience by making it easier to scoop out the fine powder without spillage, reducing waste. We recognize that if you already have a metal container, the new tubs might not be necessary, but they are crucial for those without a storage container.

My Daily Longevity Blend seems to have oxidized even though I used to sealed container. When mixed with water it turns brownish instead of bluish purple. Is it still safe and what or why has this happened. I live in Singapore and we’re a humid as well as hot country. Should it be stored in the fridge instead?
