Hi Ben, I think I have noticed a subtle improvement in concentration and motivation. I ran out last week and received my new order yesterday. I am now taking the blend as well as pure NMN and I am considering taking what is left of my resveratrol as I have quite a bit left over. Not sure if that's a good idea or not.

Also, regarding topping up with your remaining Resveratrol, both could be a beneficial addition. However, please note that the Daily Longevity Blend already contains NMN and Pterostilbene (a Resveratrol alternative that's 5x more bioavailable).

Once scoop of the blend per day is the maximum dose recommended. If you wish to increase your NMN and Resveratrol intake, please be guided by the daily maximum recommended dose for both:

30-40 year olds: 250 - 500mg
40-60 year olds: 500 - 750mg
60+ year olds: 750 - 1,000mg

You may opt to increase your intake based on your body's response, but exceeding this is not necessary for the blend to be effective. As always, we recommend consulting with a healthcare professional to ensure it's the best fit for your routine.

After 70 or so days I've seen improvements in skin, alimentary health and energy.
Unfortunately I was forced to miss a few weeks after skin cancer surgery followed by knee replacement surgery...I'm on blood thinners long term after Aortic Valve Replacement 43 years ago.
I did pause my subscription on line but really needed a 3 week pause which was not optioned.

Turning 80 in October

My husband has not been a well man. Last September he fractured two vertebrae's in his spine and was in terrible pain for months. We had been on Agemate for a few months at that stage. The Specialist did not give us much hope for a great recovery. He truly believed Agemate turned his body around and helped him heal from the injury. He is back at the gym and no pain and happy. A great product for so many reasons
