I bought NMN as an addition to my regular Longevity blend; I take just 250 mg of it daily. Being 85, I felt it was a good idea, since age reduces absorption so much. I am feeling more energy, and better generally, because of it.

It may be too early to tell, I'm 5 weeks in BUT I fast (have done for years) until around 11ish, or early lunch time. Drinking AgeMate first thing in the morning is not only delicious, I think it gives me a boost of energy like I chowed down on eggs benny with bacon!
So yeah, I'll keep you posted.

I have been taking AgeMate for about 6 weeks now and my sleep is so much better ... that's a broad statement, what I mean is now I hop in bed and straight to sleep, no tossing and turning and no continuous waking up until at least 5am. I find that I'm not as tired throughout the day and no need for a little forty winks on the weekend even if I'm running a marathon! Very happy with AgeMate.
