I have so much more energy!! I don’t need 8-9 hours sleep at night now, sleeping like a log & can function with just 6 or 7 hours sleep now, not craving sugary foods either. Agemate has been a game changer for me.

When I first started taking Agemate I didn’t quite know if I would see any results or notice a difference. I bought this for my 90 year old friend, who had had 2x clots to brain (minor strokes).
He suffered from cognitive loss, fatigue, loss of appetite and mood changes.
Although he'll probably have problems for the rest of his life, he has greatly improved.
He sleeps better, his long term memory has improved.
He has more energy however, I'm hoping this will improve further.
His moods have improved etc..

I started having Age Mate each morning before anything else, approximately 3 months ago. This is a benefit in itself I get some water into me before coffee. I have noticed my thoughts have become clearer of late and it is getting easier to get out of bed. I have benefits which I can see only getting better going forward. The biggest improvement has been to my sleep patterns. I didn’t realise how much. Hadn’t updated new cc details, life got busy & suddenly I hadn’t taken agemate for a week or so. I forgot how badly I used to sleep. After 2 sleepless nights I’ve reordered. I’ve taken now for 10 months, apart from the vastly improved sleep patterns I also haven’t had any seasonal colds. I would never have thought I could take a powder supplement but I fill a drink bottle in the morning then take it w me to work and the taste is great, not overly sweet, it dissolves without residue, and I’ve improved my water uptake. Plus I find their online ordering so easy. I usually hate a subscription but I love how I can easily put off a scheduled order & im not contacted by aggressive sales people if I havent processed my order. I’ve put my mum and hubby onto it now. Give it a go, worked for me and hope it works for you too as there’s nothing worse than insomnia!
