I am 64 & started using Age Mate to see if it helped with my bad knees & ankles which have restricted my mobility. It took around 3 months 1. For me to take regularly & 2. For it to have any affect. After the 4 month mark, I joined the local gym, going 2 days a week & taking it slowly- it’s what most people would call a light workout. 4 weeks in, I started doing a 10 min walk which is now (after another 3 weeks) a 30min walk twice a week & gym now 3 times per week. Loving my new energy levels & mobility. Age mate is now part of my daily routine.

I was skeptical after the first month but then when I had a gap between orders I noticed just how different I felt (not good!). Feeling great. More energy, more clarity. I have been taking Agemate now for about 5-6 months and along with weight loss which could be the reason for more emergy; I also genuinely feel better than I did before. I am not one to waste money on something if I don’t think it is worthwhile nor will I continue with a routine if I don’t see/feel results. Across all of these things it is a big thumbs up!

I have been taking Agemate for about 18 months and I have never felt better. I am nearing 60 years of age and about to retire and I constantly get told I look too young to retire. I recently went on a month holiday and ran out of my Agemate about 10 days in and I definitely felt more joint pain during the remainder of the holiday.
