I love that it gives me that extra bit of get up when i need it. i work afternoon shifts so taking it late in the morning suits me better than mornings.
I signed up to a monthly subscription and used it for a month. My next delivery was supposed to be made on the 26th or 27th March 2025 - it is now 2nd April 2025 and it still hasn't arrived. This means almost a week without the supplement, potentially negating any benefit from uninterrupted consumption. Can't say I'm happy with this delay after signing up to a regular monthly subscription.

I believe it would be useful to provide more info on age and appropriate dosage
I am 74, I started on the Daily Blend about 4 months ago. I did some research as to whether to maintain or drop other supplements that I had been using and discovered in that process that the NMN daily dose for over 65s is 750 to 100mg. The Daily Blend provides 50mg
So I now take Magnesium, collagen and 50mn of NMN in addition to the scoop of Daily Blend
Results have been good. I do have more energy, sleep is better, no headaches, body functions and digestion are good. I think my eyesight may be a bit clearer, maybe better lubricated?? and prevarication levels reduced. Will keep going. Thanks
