After taking Berberine for a month, I checked my blood test results and found that my triglycerides, cholesterol and blood sugar have gone down since my last blood test 3 months ago. I am also taking other medications, but I feel the addition of Berberine has contributed to my blood test results improving in the right direction! Before Berberine, my dr told me that I’d have to take insulin if my blood results kept on increasing. My next blood test is in January, and hopefully it continues to improve.

I am really impressed with this product! I have myriad health issues and have had such lethargy and been unmotivated! Added to which the week I received my delivery was struck with Covid! I suffer from Fibromyalgia and Collagenous Collitis. Hardest part is pain but fatigue stops your life. I can definitely say I do wake up so much better brighter and more awake. I have just done a week of no day sleeps. This hasn’t happened for years. I always slept at least 2 hours of a day. I’m experiencing physical tiredness for the first time in years too.
