I haven't seen any positive effects such as better hair and nails, better skin, better sleep, weight loss. It hasn't increased my energy levels or curbed my appetite.
But what it has done is decrease my inflammation. I suffered with lower back paien for at least 20 years. I have a ruptured L4 and L5 and am always in chronic pain. After taking age mate every morning for 3 months, my lower back pain is now at a 2 instead of a 9. I know longer take pain medication or anti inflammatories.
In the past, fish oil tablets have had the same effect, but I am unable to stomach them for long.
I love the taste of age mate, it has even replaced my morning coffee! It is worth it for the reduced pain and inflammation alone.

I started taking AgeMate roughly six months ago and I wish that I had started using it earlier. End of 2023/begining 2024, I ended up in hospital after picking up a serious virus, which put me into a coma for a month. Since then, I have add to learn how to do everyday things, like walking, breathing by myself, eating, etc. So for almost 18 months, I have been having physio, dressing changes, trying to get my energy back. Then recently I ended up in hospital with RSV for a week. Having the AgeMate, has started slowly to regain the old me. It's taking a while, but I can actually feel it helping me in my recovery. And I am very thankful for that.

After taking Berberine for a month, I checked my blood test results and found that my triglycerides, cholesterol and blood sugar have gone down since my last blood test 3 months ago. I am also taking other medications, but I feel the addition of Berberine has contributed to my blood test results improving in the right direction! Before Berberine, my dr told me that I’d have to take insulin if my blood results kept on increasing. My next blood test is in January, and hopefully it continues to improve.
