Love this ! Taste great
A nice start to my day. It is easy to make, even on mornings when the time is ticking. The bottle is easy to hold allowing me to walk around packing my lunch while shaking and blending my drink. It tastes quite pleasant. I walk up a few hills and stairs at work and I don’t experience uncomfortable aches or pains like I had before drinking this supplement. I feel better within myself as well. As a mature aged woman (lol), I have been struggling with crashes in energy levels for a few years.
