I'm currently on month 2, and I'm loving it! Im definitely feeling more alert and less moody! Number one reason to try: I have not taken ANY pain relief meds in 6 weeks. My arthritis pain is VERY reduced. I work a full time sales job on my feet 8-10 hours a day, and some days I would take the maximum doses of Ibuprofen and Tylenol just to make it through the day.
