I am well into my second round of Age Mate. They clearly state that it will take a while to feel the full effects of the product. I’ve been consistent in my use and have so many issues with sleeping soundly, I cannot tell any difference. But I do believe gut health is better. I have been more consistent and feel like I’m getting every thing “out” daily.
As you age you compare everything to what was, and I’m nearly 69, so I recognize that even 5-10 years ago and a new knee in there changes many things. I will continue for another few months and see where I am at?
