How to take Resveratrol powder?
Simply take 500mg (1 scoop) per day. Resveratrol is a fat-soluble, and is best taken with food that has a fat or oil content, such as a yoghurt. It is best taken in the afternoon. It is common to increase your dose to 1,000mg (2 scoops) daily for an improved response, though we recommend starting small and increasing over time.
Taking a smaller dose multiple times a day is most effective.
