I took the product for 6 months and the first thing I noticed was that my deep sleep went from 30 minutes to more than an hour, over time I felt more energetic, but In my case, what I liked most was being able to sleep well and wake up with energy.
I had to cancel my subscription because I'm leaving the country, but in my experience it was the only thing that helped me sleep well.

I’m 55yo when I saw an ad about Age Mate. I was a pre diabetic and a bit overweight. I often feel exhausted and I sleep only an average of 3hrs a night.

I’m only in my 2nd month. My sleep has improved. I no longer crave coffee and other pick me ups. The most significant change is letting go of my evening wines and doing 15 minutes of easy exercise in the mornings. Can’t wait to have the energy to do more.
