I have been on this product for 2 months and not noticed any changes. From the outset I committed to a 3 month trial period so will review again at this point.

Please know that the impact of our Daily Longevity Blend can differ from person to person due to variations in metabolism. Some individuals may experience its effects more rapidly than others.
Even though our Blend includes 500mg of NMN, 50mg of Pterostilbene (a 5x more bioavailable alternative to Resveratrol), and a methyl donor complex, some individuals, depending on their NAD levels, may require a higher dose, such as NMN or all three products (some may need 1000mg of each or more). Without reaching the appropriate dosage, achieving the desired results may be challenging.
If you're still willing to give it a try, you can opt to increase the NMN dosage and assess the outcomes. Best to increase gradually by 125mg or 250mg every 7 days, ensuring your body tolerates it well.
Additionally, avoid taking it with hot drinks as it can degrade the Longevity Blend, wait 30-40 mins before or after drinking hot beverages.

My partner and I really appreciate this product and we've been able to discontinue buying seperate supplements.
So far so good, we are 70 ++ and have lots of energy to walk and exercise every day.
The only drawback we have found is the powder has gone 'clumpy' even though it is stored in the special container.
Aside from that we are happy!

I only feel a difference when I take 4 capsules, not sure if it is me or a dosing problem. The delivery time was better than the first time I ordered so I commend you on that.

Each NMN capsule contains 250mg of NMN. Based on the recommended dosage guidelines:
For individuals aged 30-40 years, the recommended range is 250-500mg.
For those aged 40-60 years, it's 500-750mg.
For those aged 60+, the recommendation is 750-1,000mg.
If you are within the 30-40 age group, taking 4 capsules would indeed provide 1,000mg, which is above the general recommended dose for your age group. For ages 40-60, 2-3 capsules would meet the upper end of the recommended range.
If you're uncertain or experiencing any issues, it might be helpful to consult with your healthcare provider to determine the best dosage for you.

I recently had to have some blood tests done and, lucky me, they all came back looking pretty good except for one section .... and my doctor was excited. He pointed to a line that referred to the inflammation in my body and he was extremely happy that at 65, with a history of severe osteoarthritis, my CRP was 0.3 mg/L. That's not even 1. And in my case, it equates to no pain.
The only thing different in my routine is that I now take Agemate with the extra dose of NMN and the Berberine. If that's what it's done in this short period of time, I'm looking forward to what it will continue to do. Come and ask me again in a year's time. We'll talk about quality of life.
