What actually is NMN?
NMN, or Nicotinamide Mononucleotide, is a naturally occurring compound derived from niacin (vitamin B3). It is a direct precursor to NAD+, a molecule found in every living cell that plays a critical role in energy production, cellular repair, and overall cell function.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 2-5 business days.
How will my order be shipped and tracked?
Standard orders are shipped via USPS. Your order is fully tracked and you'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Free standard shipping on all United States subscription orders.
One-time purchases ship for $6.95 USD. All orders are delivered by USPS.
Do you ship to countries other than the USA?
Yes. AgeMate ships to Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and the United Kingdom. Shipping times and costs vary by region.
Can I come and pick up my order in person?
Unfortunately we don't offer in-person pick up at this time. All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our Dallas warehouse.

How do I use AgeMate?
Mix one level scoop (3.3 g) with 8 oz of cold water. Take daily in the morning, with or without food. Drink within 30 minutes of mixing.
Can I take AgeMate with my current medication?
We recommend consulting your doctor or healthcare professional before starting any new supplement, especially if you are taking medication or managing a health condition.
What does AgeMate taste like?
A hint of berry, subtly sweet with a light natural refreshing sourness. The sweetness comes from thaumatin, a natural plant-based sweetener that won't spike insulin.
Can I mix AgeMate into a smoothie?
Yes, absolutely! We recommend that the smoothie is cold, so that it doesn't disturb the efficacy of the ingredients.
Can I take AgeMate while breastfeeding?
First and foremost, it's always best to consult your doctor before commencing any new supplement whilst breastfeeding and it's always best to err on the side of caution. For that reason, we recommend not taking NMN whilst pregnant or breastfeeding.

If you purchase on a subscription, your account will have automatically been created when you checked out.
If you have not purchased or purchased without a subscription, you will not have nor can create an account. The account is specifically for subscribers only.
I'm having trouble logging in. What do I do?
Your log in email is the same email you used when purchasing your subscription. If you cannot remember it, simply send an email to our customer support team at hello@agemate.com and we'll sort you out.

While we don't offer exchanges as this is a consumable product, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary.
If you wish to return an unopened item, here's how within 30 days of your purchase:
1) Email us at hello@agemate.com with your order number and return details.
2) A $5 shipping fee applies for returns. We'll send a payment link for convenience.
3) Once the fee is paid, we'll send a return label. Ship the unopened item back to us in its original condition.
4) Once your return arrives at our warehouse, typically within 2–3 weeks, we will immediately process your refund.
