The clumping and discoloration you’ve noticed are likely due to natural oxidation, which can occur over time, especially since our blend contains no preservatives. This is more common in humid environments, as exposure to moisture can cause the powder to harden. Proper storage in a cool, dark place and tightly sealing the container and keeping the scoop dry in between uses can help slow down this process. Also, refrigeration should be avoided for optimal preservation as it can be too cold, and once opened, the product should ideally be consumed within six weeks to maintain its quality, as we don't use preservatives.

Although this issue does not compromise the safety or quality of the product, this is certainly not the kind of experience we wished for you to have. Please allow us to turn this around.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the product has clumped and that you haven’t noticed the effects you were hoping for.

The clumping can indeed occur due to the oxidization of the vitamin C in the blend, which is a natural process. This is similar to what happens with vitamin C serum products over time.

To prevent this from happening in the future, I recommend ensuring that you close the tin as tightly as possible between uses to minimize exposure to air (oxygen).

Additionally, it's best not to leave the Daily Longevity Blend unconsumed for longer than about 6 weeks - as we don’t use any preservatives, it is more natural and hence goes off a bit quicker versus supplements that contain preservatives.

While the product is still safe to consume, we want you to have the best experience with your Daily Longevity Blend. I’m more than happy to process a replacement for you if that’s your preference. Could you please confirm your delivery address by sending us an email at hello@agemate.com?

If it’s not too much trouble, could you also send us a couple of photos of how the product looks like right now, along with the batch number at the bottom of the container for our internal tracking?

On the side note, it's imporantant to recognize that the impact of our Daily Longevity Blend can differ from person to person due to variations in metabolism. Some individuals may experience its effects more rapidly than others.

Even though our Blend includes 500mg of NMN, 50mg of Pterostilbene (a 5x more bioavailable alternative to Resveratrol), and a methyl donor complex, some individuals, depending on their NAD levels, may require a higher dose, such as NMN or all three products (some may need 1000mg of each or more). Without reaching the appropriate dosage, achieving the desired results may be challenging.

If you're still willing to give it a try, you can opt to increase the NMN dosage and assess the outcomes. Best to increase gradually by 125mg or 250mg every 7 days, ensuring your body tolerates it well.

Additionally, avoid taking it with hot drinks as it can degrade the Longevity Blend, wait 30-40 mins before or after drinking hot beverages.

Regarding the two scoops short at the end of the month, please remember that the scoop should be leveled, not heaped, to ensure accurate servings. One of our Facebook community members suggested gently shaking the container before scooping, which can also help achieve a more accurate weight. We haven’t received similar complaints since updating our scoop, but we’ll continue to monitor this closely.
