I appreciate your honesty. Sometimes it can take a bit longer for some people to notice changes, especially if your body is already in good shape. Everyone's response to supplements can vary.

Even though our Blend includes 500mg of NMN, 50mg of Pterostilbene (a 5x more bioavailable alternative to Resveratrol), and a methyl donor complex, some individuals, depending on their NAD levels, may require a higher dose, such as NMN or all three products (some may need 1000mg of each or more). Without reaching the appropriate dosage, achieving the desired results may be challenging.

If you're still willing to give it a try, you can opt to increase the NMN dosage and assess the outcomes. Best to increase gradually by 125mg or 250mg every 7 days, ensuring your body tolerates it well.

Additionally, avoid taking it with hot drinks as it can degrade the Longevity Blend, wait 30-40 mins before or after drinking hot beverages.

Regarding the sourcing of our product, we want to clarify that we manufacture and ship all orders from our international warehouse in Hong Kong. This is necessary because NMN is recognized by the TGA as an 'export only' ingredient and cannot be legally distributed within Australia to Australian customers. As NMN is manufactured in China, shipping from Hong Kong allows us to maintain competitive costs while adhering to TGA regulations, ensuring a smooth import process for personal consumption.

To ensure the quality and safety of our products, we conduct third-party testing on every batch ourselves, typically occurring every 2.5 months, depending on order volumes. Some tests may take up to one month for results to be returned. Additionally, our manufacturer in China performs both identity tests and third-party tests with SGS, providing a dual layer of protection.

The impact of our Daily Longevity Blend can differ from person to person due to variations in metabolism. Some individuals may experience its effects more rapidly than others.

If you haven't already tried:
- Optimal absorption is achieved when taken as a full dose in the morning on an empty stomach before breakfast.
- Avoiding hot drinks when consuming NR is advisable, as heat can degrade its quality. It's best to take it 20-30 minutes before or after a hot drink.
- This is optional, take Berocca, TMG or B vitamins after NMN - this usually do the trick

If, after 12 weeks, you still don't observe the desired effects, factors like the MTHFR gene mutation or niacin sensitivity might be influencing this. In such cases, starting with a lower dose and incorporating substances like TMG or B vitamins, which support methylation, could be helpful.

Regarding your subscription, you did cancel it, however, a new order has been placed before you canceled your subscription. Please note all changes on your subscription will only be applied on your future orders, and not the order before changes.

The order was placed at 2:24pm and your subscription was canceled at 3:57pm.

I'm sorry to hear that your order got clumped. We made it finer so it dissolves better. Though it could make the clump when not stored properly, rest assured that it's safe to consume.

For optimal storage, we recommend keeping the product in the storage container come with it, as it's the only packaging we can guarantee for quality maintenance. It can be stored at room temperature without significant degradation based on the stability testing, but do not store it in high humidity areas (bathroom/kitchens) as water has negative effects on the stability of the supplement and do not refrigirate.
