My 'Age Mate' has become the most important part of my daily routine. Improved mood,sleep and regularity the best supplement ever. Have not long had surgery and it has helped with the healing process, also the pharmacist was extremely happy that I was using agemate. I feel so good on it I gave my best friend 2 months worth so she can feel as good as I do.
